Originally came from the fabulous city Hangzhou, she’s managed global restaurant chains and brings a wealth of real-world experience alongside extensive experience training with some of Australia’s largest hospitality institutes.

Jean-Philippe René

Jean has more than 20 years’ experience in hospitality industry managing large venues. He started to work as a hospitality trainer in 2016, delivering qualifications including Commercial cookery certificate III and IV, and advance diploma of hospitality management, as well as short courses such as RSA.
