Course Overview

  • Connect people and places with a Diploma of Property (Agency Management). This course prepares students to apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, consumer preferences, and ethical standards to estabilsh and control real estate functions.

    Students will learn to manage operational finances and teams in the property industry, conduct work ethically and safely, and monitor property industry trust account management practices.

    Elective units provde the opportunity to learn additional skills including organisational leadership, marketing in the property industry, managing employee relations, remuneration, and benefits, and development of media plans.
