Diploma of Aeroskills
NIET’s Aeroskills programme is delivered under our ICAT Aviation College trading name. ICAT is a wholly owned subsidiary of NIET.
ICAT’s Aeroskills programmes are operated to Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) standards by experienced professional, CASA licenced flight instructors, aircraft engineers and trainers.
ICAT’s Dual Diploma of Aeroskills (Avionics and Mechanical) comprehensively delivers ALL theory training for the mechanical and avionics CASA modules. Training activities include:
• formal aeroskills theory training and assessments aligned to CASA modules
• basic hand-skills workshops to learn about aircraft mechanical and electrical components and systems; hydraulics; pneumatics; fabrication; using professional aviation tools.
