Course Overview

  • Take your team’s performance to the next level with an Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management. This course prepares students to apply leadership and management skills and knowledge to work roles with accountability for personal and team outcomes.

    Students will learn to lead teams and monitor their performance, effectively manage workplace relationships, and develop and implement business plans.

    Elective units provide opportunities to learn additional skills including development of marketing plans, management of workplace risks, implementation of business innovation, and maintenance of strategic networks.

Entry Requirements

  • The training package does not have any entry requirement, but NIET’s specific course entry requirements are:

    • Education
    • 16 years old or above
    • Australian Year 11 high school certificate or equivalent
    • Business management relevant Diploma qualification, or pass NIET entry test
    • English
    • (International student only)
    • IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent; or
    • Pass NIET entry test
